FAQ’s
We would suggest using an app called Strava, or an app equivalent
What is Strava?
Strava is an engaging app designed to help you effortlessly monitor and share your outdoor workouts, particularly running. It serves as a stylish tool to highlight your progress, detailing the distance covered and the time taken to complete your chosen route.
Getting Started with Strava
To embark on your fitness tracking journey, simply download the app onto your smartphone. Once installed, creating an account is a breeze – and it won’t cost you a thing! Just provide your email and choose a secure password.
Next, the app will prompt you for some basic details, such as your full name and date of birth.
Once you’ve completed these initial steps, take a moment to explore the app. If you’re ready to hit the ground running, click on the record button located at the bottom of your screen.
For the app to accurately track your journey and compile a visual record, granting precise location access is necessary. If privacy is a concern, you can opt to allow location access exclusively while using the app.
With everything set up, hit the start button, and you’re off!
